I live in Mulgrave, and my wife and I scouted that exact house out a couple years ago, and were all around it taking pics, but couldn't work up the nerve to step inside. The floor sagged under light pressure from my shoe, so I backed out. I didn't know there were old cars behind it tho -- I may go back in a couple weeks to look at the cars. :-)
