I understood there was to be a large condo development put in place but it never panned out. I remember they excavated a large area behind these homes and even had a showroom trailer which sat vacant for years after the project folded. This is one of a few condo projects that didn't pan out; all the products of an over excited condo real estate market in St. Vital.
