Cincinnati 21" belt-drive drill press. The photo doesn't convey the scale well... it looks like a bench tool here, but this thing approaches nine feet tall. At one point, the pulley at the bottom left would probably have been hooked up to a 2 HP electric motor, and a belt would have connected the bottom pulleys to the top ones (different sizes allow for speed/torque adustment).
