I had no reason to think the Ya Ka Ama Tribe ever had the building alarmed, so is this leftover from the FBIS days (certainly not 1950s, but maybe 1960s), or did someone just mount that there just inside the door so it looked like the site was alarmed? The screws don't look to be 40 years old...

Hold a blacklight over it and you can see the buttons that are pressed, because of the skin oils from people's fingers.

The dirt on the buttons 1-2-5-6 suggest popular use. Look at the dirt under the Zero button, the screw head is clean. Must have been relocated from somewhere else...
