They didn't seem to plan for the long term in terms of resources. They had quite a selfish and wasteful mentality. I'm guessing it was a rather treacherous location as well. I'm still waiting to get back to the area. Not only to see what I didn't of Sandon but the remains of the other towns. Driving through the valley you'd be non the wiser that it was a once booming region aside from the odd structure here and there.
