This building is owned by the church who purchased the land it's connected to behind the building. (They say they got it "Free" with the property.) As of around May 2008 they had no plans to restore the building or what to do with it. Because the road has rights by the gov for transportation of military (see: nuclear) materials you can't legally access it by the road right in front of it, and there are plans on an 8ft fence being places by the road, most likly in front of the building. The chuch is trying to figure out how to get access to it, without going up the steep hill above down to it.

  Inside the building:
The building is empty- most of it's contents, including the handles for the windows, were stripped for use in the other two restored buildings (See other pic file.)
The tower section is seperated on the inside by a block wall with a window space in it: the bullet proof glass in that section was removed and you have to use a ladder to get over the block wall. There is a stalagtite and stalagmite in the bottom of the tower due to rain getting in from the top.

There is a pipe in the tower section that has insulation containing asbestos and the paint is lead based. The roof of the building is a concrete slab with a square that has a lader entering into the top of the tower. The tower section has its own toilet.

There are Three toilets in the main part of the building: It was segregated, with seperate bathrooms for whites and blacks.
The main room is fairly large by my standards, and there is a small room to the backright corner of the building.

The building is borded up (As is visable) and the metal doors are locked up well. I do not recommend attempting to go through the tower roof to get in as the roof is highly visable on the road above/beside where this is and the dome over the roof entrance is broken with most likely sharp edges. (it might've been covered on the inside since I was there as well.)

They use their war sirens for tornado sirens now. If only Knoxville had them would make my chasing a Lil easier
