I wonder why "WC" is spraypainted on. . . Couldn't they have gotten a proper sign for it? Come to think of it, this might be the first time I've seen that abbreviation in Korea, even though it's common elsewhere in Asia.

the whole park was covered in graffiti calling the whole place a crap-hole, or a toilet. WC uses the least amount of paint
