They didnt even bother to use a connector on that UNFUSED jumper between the boxes and some of the branch circuits let alone strapping the cables down, open knockouts. This is an electricians nightmare. This is so dangerous I could just see them carrying the body bags out after a horrific fire that happened in the middle of a subzero night. If people want to work with this stuff they should know what the hell their doing. There are books and videos that can teach a homeowner how to put in a 200 amp service and wire the whole house.
