Description
Was this shelter left unfinished? Was it just a small storage cave for tools and vehicles? Why was it built in such inaccessible place?

Nice gallery. THis is not the same shelter as in the other gallery, right?

Yeah, it's not the same cave, but still nearby so I decided to include it in the same database entry.

Anyway, after reading through a book about demolished buildings I'm quite sure this cave used to be the storage for the local beverage factory (demolished in 1962) that the book mentions. Ice collected from lakes and rivers during winter kept the beverages cool through the summer months.

I mean, the book says that such cave still exist in the nearby hill, and this is the only one apart from the other cave which is too far away and certainly an air raid shelter.
