The blue rooftop in the lower frame of this picture is barracks, so I'd assume it's for air force people.

Looking at that photo (number 5) either Korean officers are treated like regulars over here or that's the bar for regulars at the base.

I don't know all the details, but this seems to be for the family of air force officers. Conscripts get treated considerably worse.

Yeah, I always laugh at my American army friend who's getting paid probably $2000 or over a month, whining that he can't go out drinking on Sunday night. Meanwhile there are Koreans getting $5 a month who have no weekends and receive five days of leave for two years.
