That appears to be a blade for cutting masonry; there are little pieces of industrial diamond embedded in the circumference of the blade. They may have used this saw to cut refractory brick or tile.

to cut sidewalk they use similar but 3 time bigger on wheel, cooled with water .

I was about to say the same thing..
"to cut sidewalk they use similar but 3 time bigger on wheel, cooled with water ." Those have a water cooling mechanism aswell, usually you can screw a garden hose into it somewhere.. or else you have to set up your own aparatus.
