The building on the right, which used to be a Masonic Lodge. has been torn down to build a parking garage for the condos that are supposed to be built in the Pioneer. The Masonic Lodge was built in 1927 I believe. So much for preservation. I'd be very shocked if the Pioneer gets made into condos, much less if the garage gets built. Just my two cents worth.
