From what the lady told me at the gas station, the car hasn't been anywhere in about 30 years.

Wonder what shape it's in, or if it would even start.

big ol Cadillac Eldorado, around a 70 or so.

Looks lonely, just waiting patiently for its owner to take it on the open road. Of course I get sad during parts of "The Brave Little Toaster".

  haha BravoOrig...um...same here.

But yeah...Nice old Caddy.

And greywolf, if it hasn't moved in thirty years, it's not starting. It might after you flush the gas tank and get new plugs and maybe a new starter.

Maybe a complete overhaul would do it?

If it hasn't been touched in 30 years, then the engine is probably seized up

  I doubt it.

Beautiful car! The good old days when Cadillac made their cars rear wheel drive.

I would take this beast over any of today's cars regardless of fuel efficiency!

  The Eldorado was front-wheel drive...

I'd bet it would take relatively little work to make that car road-worthy again. And Bravo, I also thought of the cars in "The Brave Little Toaster" when I saw this.

Looks like the beginning of a creepy horror movie- where the cars light turn on and it slowly crawls out onto the open road

Except that was, iirc, a big assed Lincoln.
