  Thanks for taking these off the site, or wherever and posting them here to add to the UER galleries.;

  stuff like this always adds to the location entry, i think... gives it time, place and feel.

  True, it makes it feel more real. And you can only get so much from pictures and stories, sometimes you just have to be there, to feel the place, and to take it all in to really get a place. This is one place I wish I could have explored, espically 10 years ago.

  But 10 years ago was the time when people got raped and murdered in there.

  Like I said. Okay, 20 years, with security.

  I'm working on getting more pix from Paul McVay that don't appear on his site. He has over 2000!

  That'd be awesome. Don't think I could get enough.

  Iowa isn't that far from Illinois... you should visit some time!

  I've been to, or near Peoria, and the Quad Cities. Want to see Chicago sometime, for the usual tourists spots and food.

  This is incredible. I absoloutely love the advertisements which really add so much to the story. Seeing this in the Blues Brothers and seeing it now makes your head spin. I think I am going to make a trip to go see it for myself, since it is in range of me, being in WIsconsin.

Thanks so much for all the hard work documenting this.

I remember musicland! hahah!

F'in awesome!

  I wish I could go, but I am 600 miles away :(

I think it's reaching it's twilight, especially with the asbestos removal and partial demolition.
