another thing thats a shame to see. I remember the last time i was here was sometime in late december 2005. Shocking to see how things have gotten so ragged looking. This would never have been allowed to happen during the time it was open.

I was speaking with one of the gardeners who worked there. I can hear the pride in her voice when she talked of the place. And I think I may have heard tears in her voice too.

I worked on that dino one summer. The entire frame is filled with compacted earth. Then you needed to cover it in tiny flowers and plants. Took a long time and a lot of energy.
Fun tho!

I took a visit here last week and this dinosaur, like alot of the original miniature village is in a really sad state.
