It took 6 months for them to finally send me an undamaged copy of a book I ordered. They kept sending the damaged book back and then would add another one to the invoice. In the end, they were charging me for 5 books until it finally sunk into their thick skulls that they were charging me repeated for the same book. When I finally got the undamaged copy, I told them to stick the membership up their ass. That took another 8 months for them to accomplish that.
