  Incoming Hydro? Did they have a hydroelectric plant nearby or does that refer to the local utility's name?

  The hospital would be supplied by the main grid for power but in the event of an outtage, the generator would kick in and provide the necessary power.

  Is "Hydro" the Canadian generic term for electricity regardless of whether it's from a hydroelectric generator or not? (yes I realize that Niagara Falls hydro plants generate most if not all of the power to southeastern Canada)
