AGFA Repromaster 2001. Mf'd. sometime in the early to mid 80's. I used one of these at a past job. It's used for copying photos without a negative. Put your original on the plate down below, and a film in the top. The pieces sticking up on the side are lights. Al exposure controls and focus are on the front. Pretty cool old machine. The process hasn't changed much since back then, but there aren't as many places that do this type of stuff any more.

Exactly. Like a scanner and photo printer, but WAY more expensive, and better quality. :-)
