i don't know about Canada, but here in the US, big factories like this have to keep these counts. We just had this fucktard over in the Finishing Room trip over a 6000lb cutter log and bonk his knoggin... because he cut his big fat head, it's a recordable injury and reset our day-count... Hell, we'd cut fingers off over the pulp mill and not turn it in... too much fucking paperwork.

I worked in this mill the sigh was on stair well going up into the mill and yes the sigh hardly ever got changed

I stumbled onto this wed sight and it brings back a lot of memorys I worked in this #2 Rod Mill Stelco for 36 Years The Electrical power was still on Good thing no body got hurt
