The date on this was 1950. All the documents were from the 50s and 60s.

There were no 7 digit phone numbers in 1950.

I, honestly, think it says 1950.
I would be very surprised if it were from the 1990s... because EVERYTHING else in the crate was from the 50s and 60s. Even look at the font and style... that doesn't look very 90s.

Looks like 94 to me, try zooming in on it, what looks like a 5 becomes a 9

The phone number is a dead give away that it is modern.

in the 50's and 60s, most phone exchanges were done like this, for example: 54-9087, or if the locale was extremely rural: 9087. Some systems involved letters (?)... anyone have anything else?

I think that those of us who have visited this site and actually seen these documents have a pretty good idea of the dates on them.

From what I have found researching is that Draper Dolby went out of buisness in the late 60's. they havent been listed on the TSE for 10 years, and the invoice says a TSE listed company means it has to be in the 1950's. If anyone finds anything ese out. Please post it.

Thanks to the magic of Photoshop, I can read the date as July 15th, 1954, not 1994.

Jul 15'6x. Last record of that company is dated 1970. No it's not 50 for sure. And it can't be 94. Just compare 5 in Jul 15. See how long lower part of 5 is and how short upper part is. Compare it to the one we need. Doesn't go. I say 1964.

To say a small though, where this invoice is/was, and where it originaly was from are quite a distance. I wonder how it made it from Corbeil,Ont to Whitby. 2 points to anyone who tells me what Corbeil is famous for.(Hint:Think babies)
