This trailer was most likely owned by someone in Canada that used it as a vacation home or a cottage or something of that nature. from looks of the stuff, it was occupied in the 1960's and 1970's.Whomever owned it, most likely died and the family either didn't know they had it or didn't care and left it to rot.
