Description
This is the other end of the entrance tunnel; the entrance to the bunker is midway down this tunnel that comes out in the entrance shelter in the other pictures. Ventilation ducts and the inner perimeter fence can also be seen.

  Also note that the security cameras all point to the other doors at the other end of the tunnel at a point past the entrance. So it is possible to enter here and get to the main doors without detection. Or you could just pay the $8 and get a real tour. Its quite the place to see.

  One way or another, someone should sneak a camera in there and get some photos for this DB entry.

  That is the entrance where external power entrers, and the motorpool. The entrance is shaped in a giant 'T' so a one megaton blast at something like 5 KM would blow through and not blow out the vault doors. Gold would be trucked in that way and not through the motor pool.

Also there is a tempest EMP proof computer room that was used into the 80's

If you are an underground explorer, go see it, its quite an amazing thing to behold.
