  Amazing set. It's sad that all the acreage that this lot is on (and around it, except for the active warehouse North of it) is vacant land owned by the city. Unused and rotting away. That creek has a pretty big history to it as well, if you read the Wiki article it's referred to as "Shit Creek" because of all the junk that factories dumped into it over the century. We've come a long way from dumping waste materials into the ocean.. sadly the damage is already done.
