typical amc, the screen isnt centered and it bugs you the entire movie, id be willing to tolerate a smaller screen if it was centered

This is common when a theatre gets cut into smaller rooms. Sometimes they do not bother to rearrange toe seats. The old Southroads twin in Tulsa was so bad afterwords that you had to lean sideways to see the whole screen.

yeah but this place was obviosly a multiplex as built, the amc in the montreal forum none of the screens are centered , its annoying

Multiplexes get twinned too. Sometimes they will cut the big auditoriums in half to make two screens.

agreed but the amc22 in montreal was built 22 screens in 2002 and they couldnt make an effort to have the screens centered

i know all about southroads. i think i saw independance day there during a storm. late showing no an off day. walking in as the siren were going off. creepy
