Not really. Speeds up the demolition process. Either use the Freight elevator (assuming it still had power) or a crane to bring it up and then use a crane to take it down. I've seen this lots of times.

the Bobcats we have where i work don't even have keys. They have a keypad on the header over the door and are keyed to the departments phone extension.
