Making pizza in one of those is truly a pain in the ass, but you're right that they do make a better pizza than conveyor ovens. At my pizza place, it's set close to right. These still make better ones, though. I love the crust, the sauce, and always must get extra cheese. Pizza Hut is a close second. I need to try more places though.
