kinda scary, maybe a spirit, seems to be a logical explination...plus its in the middle of the picture, so even if it was sunny its not in the right spot for glare...and it wouldn't be green...or would it

I bet if someone shot many random pictures in this gym they would get quite a few that had ecto or "spirit energy".

Do you think it's a ghost? My friend, Erica, doesn't think it is a ghost. She thinks it is bad picture developing and people with too much imagination...so there! That's what she says. WHAT DO YOU THINK!?!?!?!?

i KNOW that these pictures were developed proffesionally and that if it was "bad picture developing" then others would've had such supposed "flaws" as well. you tell that to Erica

Pouring Rain? It's likely humidity condensing on the lens then.

It's not actually a orb or spot... if you look closely it's a spirit flying right towards the camera from the second level (you can see it's trail)... and I always figured ghosts were camera shy...

On analog cams, this (and orbs and the other stuff that you got on your pics) happen when the light on the film is not the same on all part of the image. It's a common thing on analog, basic cams. Because you had light coming from the back of the pic (the two windows left and right) the center of it was "underexposed" on the film according to the rest of the pic. Your cam tried to correct it automatically, creating those things.

thank you, I knew there had to be a logical explaination, what about the very first picture though? Is there an explaination for that?

Megs, it does'nt matter if it's sunny or not, it's just the level of light that is not the same. Even on rainy days, natural sunlight and interior light (well, the level of each of these two) are differents. This is one of the biggest misconception about how to take great pics, the grey-ish, almost rainy days make the best pics. =)

For your first pic, it's the same phenomenon. If you look closely, there is more sunshine coming from the windows on the left then the one of the right (taking from granted you took those pics on the pm, it means that the picture is facing North, West being on the left and East on the right side of the pic).
So, because there is more sunshine on the left (west side), the cam automatically compensated by "underexposing" the part of the pic that is right next to those windows, causing then that white thing, simply because it's the result of underexposition to light...
