Here you go my love let me break it down slow for you. a. The visible substance believed to emanate from the body of a spiritualistic medium during communication with the dead. b. An immaterial or ethereal substance, especially the transparent corporeal presence of a spirit or ghost.

I would say it is a ghost, on one of our excursions to the whitby phsyc, we had a door slam in our face when there was no HUMAN explanation for it so I believe what is in your pic, is a ghost!!!! Ash

Or you not seeing enough. I put this pic through several filters and I can say the the "mist" was there and contained light energy. You can't see it in the original pic but to the left of the "short person with a coat thing" there is a concentration of infared energy.

lmfao, i hope that was a joke, cuase thats such a load of bs. unless... maybe i just never had a chance to get my hands on the 'light energy identifier' addon for adobe.

Not adobe and not bs. Ever hear of crime lab photo enhancement? I'ts good to know certain people. I will not argue the fact, believe what you will.

Well, digital cameras are very sensitive to Infarared energy, so it would be theoretically possible to detect it. If you could somehow get rid of all visible light and just keep infrared, you'd see alot present in digital-camera pictures. Just because an image has alot of IR doesn't make it a ghost. it could just be a weird reflection off of a piece of glass on the floor. Sunlight has alot of IR in it.

It was an overcast day so the possibility of it having anything to do with sunlight is nonexistant. ICKIS wow what an amazing results from the crime lab photo enhancement, eerie to think that I took that pic not knowing what was right infront of me

Want to know why the light enery is white? It's the uniform of the original 6 nurse/doctor teams from WW1. unlucky six during the buildings opening year. All the bodies except each body was missing a certain limb. Their bodies were found... but this picture looks like the spirits stayed left behind and buried under the rubble... now they're up and want to know what happened to their bodies.

Probably not that room is rather bright during the day, I wouldn't think a flash would be needed in that particular room.

It was a warm day, i have been at whitby on a warm day, and i remember having to wipe the fog off of my lense every now and then because the lense would fog up. especally when going thru the steam tunnels. i suspect this is just fog on the lense

Megs, you said you developed the pic. Therefore you shot it on film. I'm guessing it was lightstruck either in the camera or in the developing. I've seen identical results from light strikes many times in the past.

If you look closely at the WHOLE picture, it's fairly obvious, though I'm sure I'm going to be told this is not how it happened. But, I'm 95% sure by looking at ALL of the photo, that this picture was shot THROUGH a window or some other piece of glass. The light is reflections from that glass. Look at the parts of the photo where the light is not. You can tell that this was either shot through a less than clean piece of glass, or through a less than clean lens. That is what caused the reflection.

I took the picture and can tell you that it was not shot through a window/piece of glass
