That was two plates ago. Current TN plate is the cheap painted letter kind, one back was the sunrise plate, then this one, the bicenTENNial plate, first used about 1998. I hated the 'sunrise' plate so much, I was trying to get the Volunteers (UT) plate... I still have a couple of Tennessee tags here at the house in New York.
