When I lived off of 23rd & Massachusetts Ave, I would drive up 23rd to Jackson and then down Jackson to get to work every morning. And every morning I would see this huge building surrounded by small houses and small storefront buildings in a not so great part of town. Too bad, it would have been very interesting to go inside but my fears of Seattle's Finest driving by every 5 minutes made me think twice. Another thing I also noticed was yes there was either someone screwed up in the measurements or Rent-A-Fence had way too many fencing all around the building even though the homeless always found a way to get inside.
