Camelback is a relatively new phenomenon; you don't hang them in the shower, and there is a big opening through which you thread a Special hanger so that it dries without mold.

Enema bags are usually hung on the shower rod because it's relative close to the toilet. I only know because there was one hanging in my grandmother's house years ago. It's hung to let gravity help the warm water through the tubing an up into your gerbil receptical...
... I mean arse.
