I like how they used the term "profusion of trees and fauna" in an attempt to show it in a positive light.

Repairs essential..... hmmm, that's putting it a little lightly. That would imply there was really something there to repair. Profusion & Mature meaning Severely overgrown, no ones touched in in years. Surprised they didn't use Potential, but they did use historic! Ah, gotta love real estate lingo. Beautiful shell though.
