Those were for High Explosive Magazines. According to this PDF map, there are underground buildings there as well.
I've also overheard kids talking about parties that they have had in the Magnusson Park bowling ally.

You are AWSOME! 193 may be the same hanger. I can not find any "Undergound Structures" other than fule tanks. Several buildings are planned and in dark hash marks.

The large doors to small rooms makes perfect since for explosives storage. I am sad.

44 is an underground structure. 222, 223, and 224 were planned at the time the map was made.
