  Looking at this pic, its kinda hard to date the main building. I'm thinking 1950s, rather than 1930s, though. The new extension to the left is a typical 1980s corporate pastiche of the original design.

  I think you're right, although I'm not certain why I think it's 1950s. The metal window frames are the only feature I can cite as making me lean towards the 1950s. I think metal window frames were a post war thing.
