This place was extremely close to a long trestle across the Ohio River. The train was moving at a pretty good clip, and very loud. I wonder if this is part of the reason for its abandonment. Not to mention the concern of what might happen should there be a derailment...

I've photographed that trestle so many times yet have never noticed that abandoned apartment complex.
I must be losing my touch!
