I don't think it's a strictly a boat, I think it might be a floating pontoon dock. stay with me here, it looks like a one story structure by the felt roof (UK term) and from all the pics i've found. Memphis Queen Line, use reproduction stern wheelers, the lowest of which i've found, has 2 decks.
also if i ran river cruises, no way would I stick chicken wire to one of my cruise boats, it also looks kind of square.

have a look at this photo, does the one story possible pontoon in the pic (inshore of the Mephis Showboat) look like a possible hit pic is from '99.

yeah, i'm pretty familiar with those pics. thats exactly what it looks like in the memphis harbour right now. memphis queen lines has a bit of a monopoly on the river cruise/ party boat thing. still trying to find info on this particular boat though. thanks for the links.

aha, this boat was the ticket office. yeah, those links actually show the boat still in use. still don't know why they ditched it. i'll have to give them a call.

memphis queen lines redesigned their site some months ago. unfortunately they removed all past images and information which were useful. the only source of info available now is through direct contact with the comapny, aka telephone inquiries.
