Work is in big progress,Dow is mostly sealed (they try to seal it)..it may well be the beginning of the end ....it's sad

  I know....the warmth the history and charm will be gone...lower back problems will rise (concrete floors=bad for the back) but they won't burn ! Nonsense!

  i work in a building partially built in 1952, the place is all concrete but the floors (hidden under tile til last year) were bois franc on sleepers, beautiful!

  ma maison construite en 1922 est complètement faite de bois franc, toutes les boiseries y sont encore. c'est vraiment beau!

  La mienne aussi! 1929, 100% bois. 3 étages, 8 détecteurs de fumée, 2 détecteurs de monoxide, 3 extincteurs parce que si ça brûle, ça va être un joyeux bûcher...

  jai travailler dans un building dater de 1730, planchers de bois avec des buches rond comme beam, le reste, meme les murs interieur en pierre!

  Tu travaille pas au vieux st-gabriel? il n'y a il n'y a pas beaucoup d'endroit de 1730 ou l'on peut travailler; vieux St-Gabriel? La presque totalitée des maisons à trois étages de Montréal construites avant la WW2 sont tout bois, sauf le recouvrement de brique.

  nope! je moccupe des ordis dans une leglise , son presbytere etait les residences de soldats pour le fort sault st louis leglise est neuf, 1830
