  Actually, it is fairly secure - but the 'security' are jsut Motion Sensors connected to a super-loud buzzer. There are a few of them hidden around the entries/inside.

However, now that it is winter - the boat-storage people may not be around anymore to hear the buzzer. Personally, I wouldn't go any higher than the second floor in that deathtrap...

  I tried gaining access to this place, once. A sensor turned on a foghorn-like siren and floodlights lit up around the front of the place. Oddly enough, going back there a few months later, the lights and alarm were removed.

  its actually quite short in terms of lake ships, when they towed her through the seaway the lead and tail tugs were able to lock through with her, wheras a laker just fits in the locks
