  I used to use one of those monitors when I had a 486, It's for an IBM PS/2

  Yeah, no CPM here. I'd say DOS 5.0 under Windows 3.1 ...and maybe a little OS/2 for the real hackers.

  I think this monitor is post PC XT and PC AT. It might just be a monitor supplied with a late model AT, but the XT and AT monitors I've seen do not swivel. I'd say it's late '80s vintage.
