1970-1973 Ford Maverick coupe... sans engine... these cars rotted out within the first 8 months of ownership up here.

since youre a car guy you may already know this but Ford introduced their version of the McPherson strut suspension on the Maverick after basically stealing the idea from him. His widow later won a nice size judgement from Ford on the patent suit he filed before he died.

they never got the MacPherson setup right either... until the Fox-body of 1978.
