Zone Emergency Government HeadQuarters. Apparently for a post nuclear holocaust decentralized government. Mostly in modified basements of existing buildings.

The EMO (Emergency Management Ontario) has (or at least, used to have) a *massive* repeater network setup, and the hub controller used to be in Guelph, so that would prove what nominal said..

I'm banking that it'd be under the Armoury, as that's DND property. Maybe one would get lucky and find another entrance, but it's probably doubtful. Doesn't mean I won't look around, though!

I found the one in Guelph! It's in a basement of an office building near the corner of Hwy 6 N and 7, I did a google search for nuclear bunker Guelph after I left and came across this forum so I signed up. I'll probably be going back again in the next month or so and will ask to take pictures.

For those curious, the actual location of ZEGHQ is under Johnston Hall at the University of Guelph
