  i dont know but 700 foot laker ships are going for 3.5 million on the scrap market these days, 5 years ago they were about 500 000$

  the price of steel has skyrocketed since asia has been demanding more, near where i work there is a car crusher and well they dont let a pile of scrap pellets sit more than a couple of weeks when they used to sit for a year or so

  oui, molson a fait une vente aux encheres en automne 1998 pour lenlevement des equipements, cest la le troue a ete couper dans le mur et la batisse a ete mis a labandon. impressionant mais la brasserie a quand meme ete tres a labri des street miner

  Y'a pu rien à la Dow, à part des montagnes (oui, oui, je vous jure), des MONTAGNES d'amiante, surtout dans les étages inférieurs des cuves. J'pense pas autant avoir vu d'amiante en tas comme ça de ma vie. La nuit, lorsqu'il vente, tu vois toutes les poussières d'amiante dans le faisceau des lampes de poche... hmmm.

  i remember when hazmat was called to jenkins because they busted the insulators off the transformers for the copper and well oil leaked, i think at jenkins a leaking transfo was the least of thier worried

  Hey! looks like people start to notice asbestos at Dow and we can't notice copper in there anymore. Copper stealing is part of the asbestos problem in there.
