How long would it take to fill both sinks up? thats how long its ben abandoned. The one on the left has the faucet pointed at it. The one on the right appears to have one of the washing machine hoses hanging into it. Or maybe the valves didn't close all the way and they thought the sinks were big enough to catch the drips.
