Description
This was the perfect spot for snipers to take place. I remember seeing on a pillar "S 700" with an arrow, meaning "sniper at 700m this way".

Are the pylons the remains of a chairlift?

They look more like hydro mains to me.
If they were chairlift/gondola there wouldn't be much room for the cars to hang below the line.

dude B spots the sniper. Sniper is not stupid. Sniper moves to another location and keeps sniping

What an amazing view of the country side! And what an amazing country Bosnia-Hercegovina is! Such a shame to have gone through all the wars!
