  Thats what blankets are for. Just toss the blanket over the top and climb over like any saavy person would do.

  It's facing in. Going over would be a sinch, come back over would result in many owies.

The blanket thing is sort of out of the question, since it'd be blantant that you're going over when someone drives by.
