Their answers are more questions, "What accessory would you like today? Are you interested in cellular service? Do you need batteries to go with that?"

Most store just hire idiots who have no idea what you need but make an effort to get you the wrong thing. Example: Some guy found me a carpentry respirator (big letters on the front) when I asked for a mold/asbestos respirator.
