You can clearly see the different elements here. A) Used part of N73 B) Unused part of N73 (unpaved, only sand dam and bridges exist) C) 120m, 4 lane bridge over the Albert Canal, fully usable. D) 4-lane bridge over a smaller road, fully usable. E) Gap in sand dam for other bridge to be built (in an unpaved road which serves nothing, not even a field, and is now closed, while a bridge would have to be built 50 metres next to it anyways. F) Exchange with the E313 highway G) Abandoned road/rail bridge (railroad abandoned, road only accessible to bikes. Has nothing to do with the N73 though. This was the rail line from Tessenderlo to the "Natte Driehoek" (wet triangle) near Leopoldsburg.
