Wow... In normal hospitals you just click a call button, but here you need a proper technical training before you could make a call!

The big black one; that's a fuse matey - for the lamp.
The smaller silver one below is for the socket.

When living in Wales, I often listened to Radio 5 in the early morning. Why? I dunno. I was too cheap to pay for a television license. Radio 5 was pretty amusing, in its own kind of way.
