I can't find any information on the Marine Corps Reserve Training Center but I do know that it is located on the former (and little known) North Charleston Air Force Base. NCAFB was activate from 1955 to 1980. From what I can find it looks like it was primarily the home of the 792nd AC&W squadron. (I cant find the meaning of AC&W nor any info on the mother wing) Most likely there were other support units as well unless the base was supported by nearby Charleston AFB.
