I believe the Haddad family was the folks who bought and renovated them. Also, is Sunrise museum no more? I can remember many a trip to that place as a kid. The little 1 story annex on the left is the Amtrak now. Sunrise mansion is now a law firm and the carriage trail and surrounding acreage was given to the city, it is being transformed back to a totally native state. The local childrens science museum is now at the Clay Center.
